-Lot of text under the logo: From China, where they had to give credit to the animation studio and creator.
-Not a lot of text under the logo: Other countries.
It has to do with deals with the intellectual property of the cartoon and territories it was distributed in. Ah the things you learn when you get an item in the mail and momentarily freak out because it looks different than the official photos on the Bape Japan Instagram

Yeah man. I got the big head one piece shirt with wanted signs in it in both white and black, and the white one had the long text and the black had the short. I was convinced the white was fake as a result and was ready to file a claim, but investigated because I had no idea how anyone could fake a shirt so perfectly when it was just released. Sure enough, I found out the white one was from Bape Taiwan and noticed that on all of the Chinese One Piece shirts they used the long text.
