Had to clear out the back - foxes, deer and coyotes. Now it’s frogs everywhere because of the waterfalls. Had to laid down some formula in the waterfall to keep them away.

Been a while since I made some ribs...

Wrapped them after about 2.5 hours....(butter, honey, brown sugar, and more run)

Wrapped up, about and hour and a half these will be ready for glaze.

Ribs are resting for 30 min. These are getting 30 min to glaze.
Took a couple of the burnts ends out, taste great but not as tender as I would like. Gonna have to work with the recipe for improvement.
All in all not a bad day.

Smoked at 275 for 3 hours and then braised in a pan covered with some beef stock for a couple more at 350 until it started to pull off the bones
