Use about a 1/4-1/2 stick of butter, or whatever you think is good... for the hot wings that is.

Yes to BBQ, except you wont need to add water or butter.
Just bring the bbq sauce to a boil and your good.
Actually, you can add a little butter... depending how bbq'+$% you want it to taste lol.
Few squirts of ketchup is cool too.

But dont listen to me, im no professional.

I throw some franks and a little cuban seasoning on the wings then throw them on the grill. results are below wing stop but so is the cost, and they'regrilled so +1 on health.

I like keeping it simple but I will start experimenting with what else to add.

fry the wings
mix 2 sticks of butter with a large bottle of dirksens hot sauce. dip the wings in sauce and bake on 400 for about 20 minutes wrapped in foil covered withjalapeno peppers.
break out the ranch or blue cheese dressing and enjoy with some ice cold drinks

everytime i try and make mine from scratch, i FAIL.

i just go to wingstop and order a 20 piece 1/2 cajun hot the other 1/2 lemon pepper.
