Could the "sundown 125.2" amp power both? and is it better to get all that stuff installed at once?
cuz what I wanna do is get the speakers+amp installed for now then get the sub+box+amp later down the line

They will sound like complete %@$#, though.
Once you start getting up there in wattage(4-5k) you can kiss sound quality goodbye.
Don't get hyped up by wattage either..install is more important.

Any recommendations for new subs for my setup. Not trying to outbang these Chi-_'s but i want a little thump. I got a Alpine CDA 9884 HU, four 6 x 9 Infinity Comp Speakers Front and Rear, 200 Watt Tweeters, Kenwood KAC 7205 1000 watt amp hooked to a Kenwood KFC 3012 i think 12" sub. Kinda weak in the sub area so im open to any suggestions.
