excuse # 100.

you like like that kobe rainbow fadeaway over your boy?

Oh I know, I'm just throwin up stats because that's how everyone on NT backs up their claims.

Right?

Kobe only had 19, 2, and 3.

yes, but Kobe clearly had the better game.

Lebron's "triple-doubles" were exposed today. he dominates the ball every possession, and all he has to do is drive and kick it out to Wally, Z,Mo, or any of the other jump shooters and that's 10 assists a game EASY. and the Cavs play so spread out on offense that its easy for Lebron to track downlong rebounds. he basically has a legit shot at a triple-double every game because of the Cavaliers system.

Lebron is a great athlete, but if he played in the triangle, his stats wouldn't be anywhere near what they are. and if the Lakers ran their offense throughKobe and had a few more solid jumpshooters, Kobe would definitely put up similar numbers to Lebron.

numbers aside, you just have to watch them play. Kobe is clearly on another level from Lebron right now. Lebron is only 24. people should stop rushing to callhim better than Kobe. this is a guy who is probably the 2nd best at his position of all-time. Lebron is not just going to come in and be better than him within5-7 years, it's going to take him time.

Congrats Lakers!

Odom beasted

6-0 road trip

End a 12 game winning streak of the Celtics

End Home streak of Cavs

No question they sit at #1... Hopefully we will see u in Finals....

Lakers: 12/16 from the line
Cavs: 12/19 from the line.
Yeah, but you can't deny there were 3 or 4 awful calls against the Cavs - the Varejao one near the end, the out of bounds in the second (I think) and a couple of other phantom ones. Z was also getting mauled everytime he went inside.
that doesnt even make up for the last 4 years

Undisputed best team in the league, it feels good.

And Bron may have just opened the door for Bean to sneak in for his second MVP (even though he didn't do much of anything today). We have played great teamD on Bron this year and like I said those guys weren't gonna make their shots the whole day and they didn't.

Hopefully "The Goods" is back

, but I doubt it.

The Cavs certainly need to make a serious run at getting Marcus Camby.

Even without Bynum, they destroyed the Cavaliers inside.

Pretty sickening to watch.

Again great job L.A.

Kobe's single fadeaway floater > LeBron's whole game.
Much Respect.
LOL!!!! Laker Kobe fans are only cool withyou if you say something along the lines of what Outa said.

Nice win for the Lakers, Kobe's fadeaway on Lebron ended the game.

Thats fadeaway was as sick as Kobe. Right over the outstretched arm of Lebron. Then dude goes back to the locker room for an IV.
Odom was a damn monster today. The passing between pau and odom was unstoppable tonight and I hope those 2 do it for now on against smaller lineups.

Ehh, anyway.

The things that impressed me most were:
1.) The Lakers D. I've said this before, but this is a good Defensive team. In the first 12 games of the year, they were giving up less than 90 points agame. This team has the D to compete with anyone. The Lakers as a whole just suffer from playing to the level of their competition.
2.) Lamar. Man, it does make me mad because we ALL know he can play like this every game. BUT, it's very nice to see him stepping-up, especially in our 2biggest road games of the year.
3.) Winning this game without Kobe.

No need for camby my man. You guys killed us in the first half and we just stepped up and played a little better in the 2nd half.

But the 62 points in the paint was

.

Cavs were bound to lose one at home. Just glad we were able to do it.

Great game.

Lebron best player in the league

Word. One game usually determines who wins MVP.
No going 6-0 on this current road trip. Beating the Celtics & Cavs on they're home court, dropping 61 @ MSG, and having the best record inthe league at the allstar break is why he's the MVP. Oh and the Lakers lost they're starting center who was beasting over teams before he got hurt. Ohand lets not forget Kobe is still the 3rd leading scorer while playing lesser minutes and taking less shots this se.ason
