Official DA HEMI thread

What year Charger was the best build?
2006-2010 These are Mercedes E-Class Sedans with Dodge body panels. The frame should outlast the car itself.

I wonder if there's going too be a demon charger? [emoji]129300[/emoji]
By the looks of the spy shots of this Crysler 300 wide body Mule with Dodge Demon Wheels,
a Demon Charger is possible. View media item 2448973
BTW, one of the Jeep Trackhawk Mules was disguised as an SRT charger for real world testing.

im loving da future of da hemi. 8)

any kind of info regarding the 5.7 or anything coming to replace it

should be getting atleast 400 horses in these mid tier V8s
Maaaan dodge just gonna leave it till
Fiat changes the platform in 2020
U want them 400 horses get the 6.4 man
U ain't gonna regret it
I stay using my lane changing power in scat pack
Real talk the 5.7 is ok but when u feel that 6.4
It's just a different beast
I smile every time I get in that driver seat
ONLY thing is I need wider tires
Cause as soon as I hit 120
Which sometimes I do without noticing on freeway on ramps
I can feel the car sliding

Dodge is killing it right now, everyone else is trying too play catch-up.

Just seen a 2006 Daytona charger with 110k miles for $8k from a local private seller..... what y'all think a steal or can find better?

yeeeeah so its looking like 2020 really might be the last year for the hemi
also talks of a 500+ hp scat pack next year
currently scat packs and srt's which aren't hellcats produce 485hp

what are u tryna get
Hell Cat challenger, SRT, or Scat Pack

I know someone who just turned back their hellcat challenger to the dealership because some line kept busting while driving spilling oil and killing the engine, happened to him three times and I guess it can happen to others according to dodge. dealership took it back when he threatened getting lawyers involved.

dude copped the Z06 the next day

what are u tryna get
Hell Cat challenger, SRT, or Scat Pack
i got a scat
only difference from srt is the adaptable suspension
6 piston brembos and bigger tires
scat has same engine
4 piston brembos
.5 smaller tires
up to what u actually want
of course hellcat has 6.2 with the supercharger
I'm happy with my scat
if i had the cash for a hellcat i would get it for my weekend car and still keep my scat

no point in paying much more for the SRT when it looks the same and as note by nawghty, all you get is slightly better breaks. much better suspension.

a loaded scat is same damn thing IMO
