Because it's going to hurt his sells. If anything he should just release a mixtape. I personally don't want an artist releasing a lot of music like that. Not even with my favorite artists. Let DS2 play out for the rest of the year then release the next project next year.

Last I checked, we don't get paid off of his albums....

His last few mixtapes were good, so I'm looking forward to what he'll bring the end of this year.

I wasn't speaking from our point of view when I brought up sells. I was thinking from the artists/labels point of view. You see what happened last year when Rick Ross decided to drop a second album.

I personally hate when artists release more than one album in the same year. I think it will hurt his sells.

Anyway, bought to grab DS2 off ITunes now that it's $7.

I feel what you are saying but we are in a different age now. With the access of all this music by streaming apps, and the attention span of the new generation, the average consumer will think it's "dated" by the end of the year. If he doesn't over do features, he'll be fine to drop another album at the end of the year, to keep the momentum going. He is nowhere the stage of a Jay, Em or Wayne who can go multiple years without releasing a project and still have pretty good sales.

I don't see a problem with another album. He's been flooding the market for the past year. You're guaranteed to hear a minimum of two future tracks every time you go out on the town and people are still excited about the songs like they'd just been released. Add new music to the mix. As long as it's a quality project, the streets/fans will respond accordingly. He can drop this next project in Novemeber or December and ride the success of the 3peat, DS2, and the new joint throughout the entire 2016. Throw in a feature here and there... Who's gonna be mad at that?

I'm just saying dropping mixtapes back to back aint the same as dropping albums back to back. Matter of fact, I wouldn't want him to drop mixtapes like that either. All that does is space out your good material. He and a lot of other artists could definitely put out better projects if they avoided dropping so many mixtapes in between their album dates.

Look at how bored people got with Gucci when he was throwing out mixtapes left and right towards the beginning of this year. This might just be how I operate, but for the most part I don't even really check out mixtapes anymore because of the amount of albums dropping.

We will see what happens when this project comes around. Maybe he will prove me wrong & do around 126K first week like DS2 or better.

I wouldn't really compare Fewch to Gucci in regards to flooding the market with material. Future realized his time is now, and he has the material to keep the fans interested. Midas weld put it out there for them. But Guwop is behind bars for another 14 months. Dude has no choice but to continue dropping tape after tape. He's gotta keep his brand alive because prior to him getting knocked, he was really doing the damn thang. His case is more so necessity, whereas Future is moreso taking advantage of the situation he's in.

























And who in the hell is getting tired of Gucci?! Trap House 5 and King Gucci were both dope as hell. Trapology was garbage only because it was a feature- filled tape.

I would love this but I feel like they might push it back because they wanted it to truly be a surprise.

Or people are just looking too hard into the comment Angela Yee made on Breakfast Club about Meek being really mad when Drake and Future... And then Charlemagne told her to shut her goddamn mouth .

Could just be a tour or documentary of the Jungle tour or some ****.
