Knowing a huge chunk of the story is meaningless filler, killed my interest of ever re watching the series again.

How about you guys? Anyone plan on re watching or is this it for you ?

And why would Grey Worm arrest Jon? If they're going there, it should have been a heated battle, maybe another war.

I really need that scene. Did Jon tell on himself? No body, no dragon, melted chair and a pool of blood.

You are literally walking into confusion.

I actually watched the episode again and it pissed me off some more. Even the scenes I liked like the Stark farewell I realized how weird the goodbye between Jon and Bran was.

And I now realize the point of talking the black was for Jon to lose the North so Sansa could take it. That is why she apologized to him.
That's the problem with it being rushed too, the scheming and politics are cut short and have no real weight.

he could’ve told them drogon told dany and they’d be chasing him forever.

Best. Moment. Ever.

I'll rewatch, it was still largely entertaining. The last season though, ugh maybe it'll feel better as a binge watch but I doubt it.

My guy Tormund didn’t even get a single word in the finale
I'm just glad he showed up in it.

Honest question:

If Jamie and Cersei had tried, could they have survived? When we saw it, it looked like a complete collapse. Tyrion gets there and moves 4 bricks to see them both? They couldn't find a sturdy stone arch to stand under?

Whatever. Feel like all the blatant gaps in logic have me nitpicking now.

Still holding out hope I really didn't watch the final season and this was someone's high school play. It sure was written like one.

I just asked the same thing

I was under the assumption that Cersei and the Shotcaller were under a mountain of rubble.

Didn't think one little layer of bricks would have killed them off.

They made it seems like that whole thing came crumbling down like a controlled demolition. Then we see them and it looks like the crew meticulously placed one layer of bricks on top of them

Reminded me of Karate Kid II when Sato had a wooden beam laying across him gently

Didn't he see dany riding her Dragon over kings landing in a vision?
And other things if I recall

Or maybe I'm wrong
