Official "Going to Vegas in..." Vol. II "It was time"

palazzo/venetian/wynn/encore end cracks off pretty hard too.

agreed that cosmo/aria area is prob the best, but having the mall right across the street from palazzo...lots of foot traffic on that end. plus, better day clubs

and palazzo/venetian rooms are dope. and you get the living room with the standard room vs. just one or two beds with cosmo/aria etc

Going in april, went a few years ago and stayed Downtown and had zero clue what i was doing lol. 90 percent sure i'm staying on the Strip this time

Every time I go with the homies, we stay at the jockey club. Little timeshare spot in an alley between the Cosmo and Belllagio. Cheap with plenty of space if you really just want a place to shower and sleep while in Vegas.

Went to VEGAS for my 21st 3yrs ago...damn it was crazy. June 2017 im going back for my bestfriends wedding. The wife and groom will be there. Any tips for wedding occasions? I already know we gonna kidnap him to hit the sclub. Homeboy loves it down here in MA

Repost from my homie on facebook he's a promoter at Drais.

Las Vegas NYE 2017 Beginners Guide

**READ and FOLLOW these tips and you will be ready for this super busy night!**

-Entire LV Strip will be closed so plan to walk everywhere because there will be no vehicles on LV BLVD.

-Most hotels will require a room key to enter the casino so plan to arrive to the club EARLY unless you have a room key.

-All guys will need to pay for any club they go on NYE. Bottom line. Whether tickets, GA, or bottle service. Don't even bother for asking free entry on NYE, you will get a LOL response. Make sure to contact a promoter/host if you want tickets or bottle service so we can help set everything up for you.

-It's still cold outside so plan to wear a coat, jacket, sweater, or anything to get you warm. Walking down the strip to reach your destination is no easy task especially when its below 40/50 degrees in town. Even if it doesn't match, most clubs have a coat check.

-ARRIVE EARLY, ARRIVE EARLY, ARRIVE EARLY. ALL clubs will hit capacity so don't be late or you will spend your NYE in your hotel room alone listening to Spotify. Most clubs will open earlier so check with your promoter/host to see what time you should arrive to avoid any problems. DONT BE LATE.

-Last but not least, make sure to ask your promoter/host any questions because we know best. Whether it's a question about dress code, what time you should arrive, instructions on where to go upon arrival, don't be shy to ask. We are here to help.

Other than that, hope everyone has a AWESOME NEW YEARS EVE and a HAPPY NEW YEARS to you all!! Be safe and have fun! See you all soon!!!

Another tip:

If using uber or lyft to get to the strip there are dropoff/pickup locations. Make sure you go to the location closest to your destination.

Vegas New Years seems like a not worth it at all headache.

I only go when NYE lands on the weekend due to work. I always have a good time. I'll be there this weekend. On NYE I either stick to stuff at my hotel or go to the hotel that's hosting a party I'm going to early, before all the street closures and hit the bars/gamble/eat before the club opens. I keep away from the strip completely. It's a mess and also very cold.

Fri I'm going to my first UFC event, UFC207 and Omnia for Kaskade after. Sat hitting the Wynn for the buffet and watch the college football playoff games. After that it's club XS for Major Lazer. I'm staying at the Delano.

Elara is too clutch for the price and location.
I remember staying at the planet hollywood towers in my early 20s, before it turned to Elara.  It was a group of us and I know damn well we didnt pay 2k a night for those 2 bedroom suites.  smh is the economy really that good?

Staying at the Wynn in a few weeks with the wife. Still debating on if I should go to XS when Diplo is there
