Think this idea is way too late. This is something they should have been working on back when they first introduced heists to online. The people still playing GTA O pretty much have everything they need so the money they win at the casino will be pointless.

Lets not forget that they never did fix the GTAO stock market. That could have been a project that worked on as well.
Still see a lot of people grinding GTAO just to see how much money they can make before the next game comes out.
