She did take the lithium before poor man's Brody left. I expect when she wakes up she'll be more balanced and less manic.

He lost his job after the attacks. They said that back then last season I think.

They haven't revealed who is running the CIA back in the US but we know Saul didn't get the job for w/e reason. Apparently Saul and Dar can still do w/e the **** they want in Europe and the Mideast after last season though.

But I wait for the season to end get the dvd and watch it all at once.

Polished off the first 3 seasons this past may in less then 2 weeks

Saw season 4 in 2 days

I believe it was Allison. 

It seems that they (her and Saul) wanted the Syrian dictator dead so that Youseff could replace him.

Allison is obviously working for someone else behind Sauls back so I assume naturally, that she wants the opposite of what Saul wants, which was Youseff in Power. 

Broad is dirty, smart AF though.

Which begs the question... who's controlling her?  She obvs has some sort of jealousy towards Carrie but to put out a hit on her with those goons leads me to believe that there's a lot more behind it... Doesn't feel like it's Dar... Hmmmmm.

When Allison answered the phone... did she answer it in Russian?

Recall the conversation Saul had with the Israeli Ambassador. Israel wanted Assad to remain in power because "when Arabs are killings Arabs, at least they're not firing rockets at Israel." Putting General Youssef in power completely undermines Israeli strategy. They had the most to gain by blowing up the plane.

I also think that they're the ones controlling Allison. If the CIA wasn't behind the attempts on Carrie's life, the only other plausible group would be the Israelis. Remember, the guy that was interrogated feared whoever called the hit so much that he chose death over giving them up. She was also snooping around during Saul's conversation with the ambassador. With that being said, I'm not really sure why Israel would want Carrie dead.

I think the guy that tried to kill Quinn was just a hired hitman that just so happened to be Russian. So Allison answering the phone and speaking in Russian could just be a formality.

And it honestly wouldn't surprise me if those Russians that killed the hacker were actually CIA or, at least, working in accordance with the CIA. I mean, it would make absolutely no sense to kill him since he would potentially be able to acquire more files for you.

Yeah recent ep went back to reminding me of a spy action movie. Especially with the Allison calling for the hit on Carrie and cleaning it up by trying to have Quinn killed of all ppl.

Saul wouldn't have done all that.

Maybe just maybe, Allison is working for somebody above/on par with Saul and they tried to work that hit around him.

Ep was okay.

That plane though Every time they try to tie in real world events and make it spicy I know it aint going nowhere. Random Syrian military general about to plot a coup with the backing of the U.S with their money? Not happening. This show can do it's own thing but they can't change real world events to make it completely a different universe. It's why all the action is with made up guys like Abu Nazir and dude from last season.

And where the hell are they going with on Quinn's storyline?!
