The Bucks are 16-16. I guess Skiles didn't want to be a lame duck if the team started to lose.
 
Cavs are going to get multiple high picks with how they and they Lakers are playing this year. 

Cavs have the right to swap first rounders with Lakers (their own, the Heats and the Kings). If Lakers 2013 first rounder is in lottery, pick is extinguished.
