Hell, I'd rather see Josh on a better team than Philly

but they'd be stupid to bring Josh in there IMO>
That too

I was liking the idea of Josh teaming up with Dwight. I was thinking in BK way back when he said he wanted to be traded but if it's in HOU or ORL, okay

As long as he's somewhere where he's not able to shoot at will, I'll be happy

OJ is not gonna sign with NY, and if he does, he definitely wont be getting the bread that he expects
Likely he will land in Brooklyn, only cause they have the cap room, plus the chance to play with D/Will and Dwight. seems right to me

What do we get if they lose Deron but get OJ and he's the face on the banners outside?

So here's the lineup now:

  • PG - Rubio

  • G - Ridnour

  • SF - Budinger

  • C - Pekovic

  • PF - Love
And guess what, they can sub in their only draft pick this year if need be (Robbie "Old White Guy Knees" Hummel) along with Barrea, Milicic, and Miller.

They have absolutely destroyed the previous record held by the Utah Jazz post Karl Malone.

0 percent chance all those guys return

Los Angeles Clippers guard Mo Williams has officially picked up his option for next season, clearing the way for a three-way trade that will send Dallas' Lamar Odom to the Clippers and Williams to Utah, Williams' agent, Mark Bartelstein, told ESPNLosAngeles.com's Ramona Shelburne.

"There was no blocking going on," Bartelstein said. "When you make a decision like this, you want to study it very closely.

"But the more we looked at it, the more excited we were about going back to Utah. Mo's very happy to be going back there."

Meanwhile, the Mavericks and Odom, sources told ESPN.com's Marc Stein, have agreed to extend the buyout deadline in Odom's contract until Saturday, leaving one more day to finalize the proposed three-way trade.

Dallas originally had until Friday to either pay $2.4 million to buy out Odom's $8.2 million salary for next season or have him on the books for 2012-13.

Earlier this month, Mavericks officials green-lighted Odom's agent, Jeff Schwartz, to try to find a new home for the player via trade. The Mavericks and Schwartz also have discussed pushing the deadline into July if an Odom trade can't be completed Friday or Saturday.

Sources told ESPN.com the Jazz are willing to take on Williams while Dallas sends Odom to the Clippers, enabling the Mavericks to shed Odom's salary without taking back any.

The trade would be a homecoming of sorts for Odom and Williams, who started their careerswith the Clippers and Jazz, respectively.

Clippers coach Vinny Del Negro smiled when was asked Thursday about Odom and the trade, but was not able to speak on the record until the deal was completed.

"I can't talk about other teams' players," Del Negro said. "But you know what a player of his caliber has done in this league. ...

"We'll figure all that out (Friday). Hopefully, we can finish out the things that we've been working on and move the team in the right direction for what's best for everyone. There's still a lot of work to be done and we'll move forward in that direction. Obviously, tomorrow is a very important day.

Toronto to amnesty Calderon?

The speculation over just how badly the Toronto Raptors wants to add Steve Nash to the mix should be just about over, with Raptors GM Bryan Colangelo telling the media today that he plans to use the amnesty clause to get point guard Jose Calderon off the books, according to HOOPSWORLD’s Stephen Brotherston. Colangelo indicated that Calderon is a professional, and understands how the business side of the game works, indicating he won’t be a part of the team going forward.

Colangelo also announced that the team will extend qualifying offers to Sonny Weems and Jerryd Bayless, making them restricted free agents, and that the team would decline its option on Solomon Alabi, who is nonetheless expected to play on the team’s summer league iteration.

Colangelo stopped short of mentioning free agent (Canadian) point guard Steve Nash, but it’s clear he is their top free agent target as the NBA prepares for free agency period to commence. The team will also be pursuing a small forward, according to Colangelo. The assumption is that amnestying Calderon is a means to an end. If the Raptors can’t get Nash, Calderon could stay.

The Lakers were trying to trade into the 1st rd to get Sullinger or Jones III as well. I liked Moultrie for the Heat, don't know why they traded him to Philly. There are concerns about PJ's "motor" (must have heard that word fifty eleven times last night) and work ethic, but you can't not be a hard worker being around the rest of the Thunder, especially KD since that's who his skillset projects him out be; a very poor man's version though.

I just hope we don't hear stories around town of him hanging around 42nd and Robinson ($20 %@%!#% central)
