They’re noticeably longer than any pair of laces on any shoe I’ve ever owned.

My advice, take the discs out immediately and put them in replacement cases.
I’m not kidding.
The manufacturer used some sort of faulty glue. If you leave the discs in long enough, they’ll end up with glue all over the edges.
I’ve gone through two sets already.
