Does anyone know anything about NB’s non return policy on certain shoes?
I bought these 550s thinking I’d return them if I don’t like the fit/look and the online customer service center is listing them as an “item that cannot be returned.”
What kind of horsebleep is that?
Are they going to hold firm to that if I call the CS department?
…if so I’ll be super freaking pissed.

I’ve been debating pulling the trigger on these think I might have to if the materials are substantially better than regular 574s.just got these in
quality is excellent. they're not regular 574s
plush in and out. midsole is thicker, sole is more rugged (almost like an athletic doc marten type sole)

I just always get my true size (12) in any pair.
If anything I’d say they’re just a touch on the snug side but not bad at all

NB true size? I wear 11.5 in made in USA NB and made in UK. nike Im all size 12, so TTS is always an answer I have a hard time interpreting.

I just wear a size 12 in everything. That’s all I meant. These 574s should be fine in your typical NB size 11.5
