Why when these POS get caught up in their politics, they always preach the opposite of their politics? We need to come together. We need to accept everyone’s background and religion. Trump is saying the completely opposite on a weekly basis and pushing policies that do that. I can’t ****in wait for new ownership, new GM, HC and QB.
I’m done with this team until everyone’s gone but I might buy some Abdul Carter gear on eBay cause I love how he handled himself and what he said. Feel like most men at that age don’t understand or too scared to speak so I hope he has 20+ sacks and the Giants go 0-17.

Dart Should have been smarter and realized aligning himself publicly with the president would draw attention one way or the other. Maybe he wanted the good attention from Republicans but for someone as divisive as Trump, he and his people should have known the negative attention from the other side.
Add to the fact that you're supposed to be the face of a franchise in a city like New York. I think it was an insanely dumb decision. Is it his right? Sure of course. Is it smart professionally? No, it's incredibly short-sighted. It brings unnecessary attention to you and your team outside of football And from that terrible statement he gave, I don't think he's prepared for the discourse he might have put himself in.
Carter on the other hand, just made me a bigger fan of his. Not only for his beliefs but for how he handled it and the way he addressed the media as well as his quarterback. Do I need to know the political beliefs of the athletes I support or like? Not really. Can guess how a lot of them align based on their upbringing or the fact that they're all multi-millionaires or who they socialize or hang out with. Having said that, now that I know there's no way I can support Dart the same way. Again, this isn't oh. He identifies as a conservative so I hate him... I'm sure many of my favorite athletes vote Republican. But to stand on stage in support of Trump is making a statement and it's one that I just can't support or be a fan of.

Exactly. I’m not surprised Dart is MAGA but keep that **** private. You introducing the most divisive and hated man in the world right now was a huge mistake. Every game you lose or major turnover you make, the teammates and fans that are already annoyed with you, will only get worse.
