The interview he did last week was the most humble I ever heard him.

His approach is just outdated. You can't control these players and have this stone cold approach no more. That was real telling when Amendola said "We worked for Bill, we played for Tom". He didn't say "I played..." He said we so it was always a thing where players were tired of him and once Brady left they hit rock bottom. You can't talk to this generation like it's 2005.
