I've never had any luck with placing an order. I tried to order something a few months ago and couldn't check out because of this same issue. There wasn't a sale at that time.

This is what I know to. I mentioned this but got no explanation on this matter. Its crazy you see someone you want and cant get it.


By the way my order was kicked back. I got a charge on my card, but never a confirmation. By the time i sent the email concerning the charge, they refunded the money. Crazy man...

Thanks for checking with the store and letting us know though. Appreciate you sharing. I think these will go below retail on other sites once they release but was comfortable with the sales price and getting them out of the way.

Update.....

I called the store in Queens NY. The young lady said thier system glitches when they have a high volume of people trying to purchase on the site all at once. From what she is saying, the system is trying not to over sell the items online. There is nothing they can do but keep trying to push through...smh

OR, place the order on the phone and honor the online code. Why is that so difficult? Why keep putting the customer through the frustration?

Edit: I added a random shirt to my cart....got shipping option....
I added Griffeys to the cart....shipping option goes away, can't place order. Ridiculous.

I really wish alotta people stopped ordering outta damn near desperation from theses “boutiques” with horrible shipping fees and harsh no return policies

the discount ain’t even that dramatic after all the taxes and shipping hits

200 for Griffeys is nasty as hell and please don’t tell me bout inflation

I wasn't crazy about the $18 shipping charge but I wasn't being charged tax where I live. That was the only reason why I was okay with it. There will be other deals though.

I see they finally took the Freshwaters down on Extra Butters site. Now it allows you to buy the Volts on disco. Maybe they realize they had them out too early to be on sale .
