I don't think Nike will make the same looking model with power lacing for the purpose of protecting 2011 Mags buyers. Now maybe a Mag 2 model as mentioned would release in 2015.

Hello:

Can't wait to see Mugen's final data and analysis either. Now that everything has come to a close, I must say that this whole project has been a rousing success. From people growing up watching the movies and loving the shoe on the big screen to everyone learning more about the infamous Nike Mag to raising money and awareness for Parkinsons research for MJ Fox Foundation, I think everything about this project has been positive. I really don't understand all the hate and random speculation on "what ifs" and future releases...can't we all just sit back and look at this project as a whole? One of the most iconic shoes that crosses pop-culture and sport has just released and was done in a way that benefits charity. All of the videos and promo materials were great. Seeing MJ Fox talk on Letterman, the teaser clips with Marty's Closet, the full video clip with Doc Brown and Mayor Goldie Wilson having cameos (along with Bill Hader and KD and TINKER!), the website that was done really well with fun easter eggs (still haven't found all the dates for the time circuits yet). I know I sound like a gushing fanboy about all of this, but the fact of the matter is: I AM. BTTF2 is my favorite movie of all time and I have been waiting for this forever, and I'm glad I could get a pair and seeing how it all went down.

Anyways, just my two cents. Thanks for reading, it's about time.

Regards:

Alex

(PS - Mugen if you can share all of the data you collected, I would love a copy of everything, thanks!)

wow. it's done. and I don't have a pair. 2015 is a long wait but I'd love
power laces, no lights and a performance-centric release. A Mag inspired
colorway would be dope. Oh hell, a re-release of these with power laces is
gonna be insane - in a good way.

Hello:

Mugen and Abstractability, thanks for the data and graphs! $5.6million...that's a staggering number and will be doubled by Google...that's awesome. Is there any way I can get the data from you for my personal files? Let me know, thanks!

Regards:

Alex.

i just don't think they can resist. power lacing and these go hand in hand.

sometime in my lifetime at least, i'm sure these will release again, in some shape or form, with power lacing.
