This is great news for enthusiasts who hate the game and are just trying to rock a pair. I'm making a mental note for myself that there's probably no reason to rush on future GR Air Ship drops no matter how stoked I am on the colorway, which I definitely was this time around. I caught the sneaker bug in grade school in the mid 80s and white/natural is my weak spot. Congrats to everyone who held out long enough to take advantage of that sweet day one GBNY deal.

Facts and it's not an L.. I'm all in at 150 shipped which is basically retail so it's still a W as long as they don't show up all b graded and box torched.

I was about to ask if you paid over retail for them. I don't like feeding the stockx beast either, but as long as you didn't take a hit, no big deal. I ended up with mine for $143 total and as much as I would've rather given the money to GB's or a boutique, I'm not mad about it. Still got a deal, and didn't have to stalk this thread for my 12 haha.

Love em. Compared to my greens, the base leather has no gloss at all and is on the softer end of the white spectrum, and the tongue has more of an aged hue. The greens are crispy, the greys are creamy.

I almost always match laces to the primary color. Just a personal preference. The grey laces will get added to the stash. I'll eventually use them on something.

Mine just came in. Didn’t expect overnight shipping. Leathee is noice. Wish the sole was the same shade of grey as the suede parts. Didn’t notice that before getting them in hand. Otherwise they’re great.

I think they look way better than those... but then again, I have too many J1s and no interest in a faded black pair.

That’s subjective, but to each their own. I never really ODed on 1s, the washed black pair is just a very versatile color way that I can see getting a lot of wear out of.
