That original concept sketch isn't significantly different from the retail release, but it looks MUCH better in my opinion. The slightly more curvy lines and taller profile give it a little more flow, especially with the different swoosh placement.

I play in a few different retros (haven’t tried my AZG on court yet) and it’s definitely possible… I think the material on modern shoes are more comfortable, but the cushioning on retro kicks are arguably more fun to play because of the huge old school Zoom bags they put in them.

I’m sure you can. Might not be as comfy. I balled in the 2017 retro (or whatever year) and “zoom” was pretty nonexistent. I didn’t keep them in my rotation for that long.
