Not sure if this has been posted, but Titolo has a few sizes on BHM and Christmas. Shoes run around $177 I think, and I don't know about shipping. That said, if anyone is in dire need of these, there you go. Small sizes and a 13 for BHM. Sizes 8-12 on Christmas. No experience with the site, but the Roshe thread doesn't seem afraid of Titolo.

Do the EXT fit the same as the regular KD? I know for the Lebron X last year, the EXT fit quite a bit bigger than the regular model.
