Manually for me, I actually waited about a minute after the nt tweet on purpose to send the dm and got through on a rsvp for the first time. Due to that, I now believe what others have previously said about that, it is not a first dm, first served. It's randomly picked.
Do Niketowns sell your pair or deny for any reason ie. going there near the end of the pickup time window?

It's not random. There is a set delay in which they ignore extremely fast DMs and then go fcfs. Depending on your NT, that delay combined with demand can attribute to you getting a respond dm

Interesting, where'd you hear about that nt rsvp process? Dope, so I guess I shouldn't have been sending dm's as quickly as I had in the past. Although I've tried rsvp a handful of times, but the one time I delay it and I get a rsvp. Go figure.
