Yeah you can do it but you'll have to cut the strap near the lace holes in the middle between the buckles. Then if you want to put it back in, it won't be as secure as before because only the laces will be holding it together.

Yeah, I'm not sure why you'd want to take off the strap. It's such a distinctive feature of the IV.

Idk what I was thinking forgot all about them I would put them at 4 and move BHM to 5 actually. The pearls n7s and Longhorns are pretty tight too though.
