serious question but was biden that bad as president or is the US not ready for a woman president
The change from Biden to Kamala came way too late. Hard for the Dems to make up ground with so little time.

There was no plan and they just threw Biden back out there to get beat on before having him bow out

nah its not that deep.

people hate inflation.
and it seems abortion is not a strong enough issue to overcome partisanship.
Although Roe v. Wade was overturned, this doesn’t make abortion illegal nationwide; rather, it places the decision in the hands of individual states instead of under federal regulation. Trump has repeatedly stated there should be exceptions for abortion and has publicly expressed that Florida’s 6-week limit is too restrictive.

In my view, immigration is an even more pressing issue than inflation. Many people may not fully realize how deeply communities and citizens are affected by it. Although it's not widely discussed in public, it’s a significant topic behind closed doors. States like New York and Massachusetts, which initially supported more open immigration policies, are now declaring states of emergency and urging citizens to house immigrants. It seems clear that emphasizing a strong stance on immigration would resonate widely.

I think it remains challenging for Trump to reach 65. So there's hope for Harris.

^ thats why I was confused why biden waited so late to step down and let Kamala do her thing... its just weird to me that donald was indicted on so many charges but was still able to run for a third time... when they made that exception I knew he had a legit chance... then he got shot at so the public prally felt bad for him...unless Kamala can come back down 3-1 like the cavs her chances look slim though smh
It seems like a strategic move. The early debate was likely designed to gauge Biden's performance, and after he faltered, pressure was applied for him to step down, making way for Kamala. While many anticipated this outcome, it wasn’t necessarily the original or ideal plan.

Can’t comprehend how anyone thought that was a good idea, low key convinced they want Trump to win.
I did hear this thrown out there as a potential strategy. Trump wins, gets 4 years, and then is gone forever. Who would the right replace him with?

How is this funny? Millions of people died under his administration for how Covid was handled. People don't believe in science and factual evidence, but full heartedly pledged their blind faith to the pyscho. Many more marginalized minorities were targeted because of his open bigotry and we also saw an insurrection happen on our capital that led to more pointless deaths.

I’m here to receive an education for medieval history. I’m not here to have a group therapy session.

If you need a place to vent, go vent somewhere appropriate instead of holding up class.

The only way that someone not named Trump will head a GOP ticket is if he croaks and even then, MAGAs would 100% vote for Jr or Baron :lol

He's fully intertwined his personal brand with the party.
