All 4 prosecutors who signed yesterday's sentencing recommendation have withdrawn in protest. One resigned from DOJ entirely.

Except when he:
Repeatedly tried to get AG Sessions to 'unrecuse' so he could stop the Mueller investigation
Directed WH Counsel McGahn to get rid of Mueller just a few days after learning Mueller was investigating him for potential obstruction of justice
Followed up on that directive to McGahn by calling McGahn later, reiterating that Mueller "has to go."
Directed McGahn to establish a false record that would have claimed the order for Mueller's removal never took place.
Directed Ex-campaign manager Lewandwoski to deliver a dictated message to Sessions, which Sessions then had to announce in violation of his recusal. This request came 3 days after McGahn convinced Trump to back away from removing Mueller.
The message stated that Sessions had to announce publicly that Trump was being treated unfairly and that Sessions would restrict the scope of the Mueller probe to "future election interference only", thereby ending the investigation into Trump's own conduct, his campaign, his associates, and 2016 Russian interference.
One month after directing Lewandowski to pressure Sessions, Trump followed up with Lewandowski and was told that Lewandowski hadn't delivered the message yet. Hours after the meeting, Trump made clear that Sessions' job was in jeopardy.
