Same day Cohen's testimony has been postponed "in the interests of the investigation."
The case number looks like the SDNY investigation from what I can tell.
Edit: The case number appears to center around Cohen pleading guilty to lying to Congress and his subsequent sentencing. The records for this case number started on November 28th, shortly before Cohen pleaded guilty to lying to Congress.

The very first filing for this case number was a sealed indictment against Cohen by Mueller. It's definitely Mueller's docket, though Cohen has already been sentenced so I'm not sure what the deal is with this new sealed filing on the same day his testimony was postponed.

As you can see here, the previous filing on this docket is back from January 8 and was just something having to do with the transcript of Cohen's sentencing.
