I've also never tried bkf but i might. i have whitened mesh without it but if its faster and whiter then sht why not?? 
I think people are having issues with bkf because they dont rinse the substance %100 out. thats why its chalky and not 100% happy about it.

I have the Cardinal 7's and one night I was out my G.F steps on my left toe and left a NASTY SCRATCH about a good inch or inch and a half (pretty big and noticable) you can see they grey under the white paint on the toe. what do you recommend I do to cover it up? Will post piks if asked for.

they're legit, don't post live links though please. Also retrobrite or seaglow would be fine on these. Be careful though as there are adverse side effects if you don't know what you're doing. Also the price isn't bad if it came with card and box. A solid pair.
