Definitely recommend, it gives a much improved look to the shirt. I chose to get the nameset locally in Brazil, because of costs.

But the chinese also sell this nameset, in the same velvet material. It's a good store, used to buy there, a few years ago.

WorldSoccerShop has usually been my go-to US-based store; not sure about final printing on the chest or over the badge, but they do it right with the UCL champions sleeves / star balls / etc
