It looks like Ibrahimovic will be sold this summer. It'd only make sense for Barca to offer 40 million Euros + Ibrahimovic for Eto'o.

English players/Premiership players always have inflated prices...especially when two English clubs are dealing with one another. That price for Milner is a joke...
That price for Torres is also a joke. Soccernet just estimated the transfer fee Chelsea may offer + players to be traded + Torres' estimated wages and came up with the 120 million pound number.
Anyways, I hate Chelsea but getting Torres would be a better move than getting Aguero. Not only is Torres better than Aguero right now, but Torres has already proven himself in England while there is always a question mark as to whether foreign strikers can adapt to the Premiership.
If Torres is indeed up for sale then one would have to expect Man City to offer Liverpool more money than Chelsea. The thing is though, it's highly unlikely Torres would want to play for a Man City club that wont be in the Champions League next season.
I hope that Liverpool can keep Torres for atleast one more season and maybe compete for a few titles next season. I dont want the Premiership turning into La Liga where you have 2 teams well above the rest of the pack. Ideally next season we'll have Chelsea, Man Utd, Arsenal, Man City and Liverpool competing for the title. If Chelsea get their hands on Torres then the other 19 clubs might as well forfeit the season.
Word on the street is Chamakh is in London to finalize his move to the Emirates. Next up on the shopping list is a #1 GK, Gallas' replacement and hopefully a new starting central midfielder to replace Abou Diaby/Denilson

I wouldn't mind getting another striker. Van Persie is going to get hurt then we would have to rely just on Chamakh when we don't even know what he can do in the premier league.

Getting another striker would be nice but I dont think it's a priority at the moment. I'd much rather spend the money on a very good CM and a good keeper. Getting a starting CB is also a must.
When RvP inevitably goes down to injury, Wenger could just employ a 4-4-2 or 4-5-1. Having a natural target man once again will give the club a wealth of tactical options.

You never know what's true, but supposedly we had a 14 million pound offer for Pepe Reina rejected. Would be nice to have a world class keeper at the Emirates again. Hell, Jens Lehmann is still better than Almunia.

That would be a Lassana Diarra (08/09) type improvement for Barca in that position. I don't fear the David Villa so much with the performance of Pedrito this season (23 goals).

That side will be fine defensively. You'll have Messi cutting to the middle, Alves roaming on the right side and Xavi and Sergio covering at the back.
You say that Milito will likely start next season...at who's expense? I think he'll probably be their #3 CB and fill in when Pique and Puyol are injured/suspended/rested. There is an outside possibility that Puyol is used at LB and Milito at CB (something Guardiola tried around 3 times this season).
Bringing in a CF is a must IMO. Ibrahimovic is not the reason they failed in the UCL but he is not a good fit for that team. Many people felt he wouldnt be a good fit there but Pep was hell bent at getting rid of Eto'o and Laporta was desperate to bring in a big name. Barca should just accept their mistake, sell him for a loss and use the remaining money to bring in Villa or possibly Torres or another CF.
Pedro did have a good season but I'm not convinced that he's ready to be a fulltime starter for a team with Champions League aspirations. He is good but not good enough yet to play every day. He'll still get plenty of burn though as one of the first choices off the bench and he'll likely get quite a few starts as Pep rotates the squad to combat fatigue.
I find it odd that we havent heard much about Real Madrid's transfer wish list yet. I guess they want to finalize the Mourinho move before they do anything else. It'll be interesting to see if Mourinho's defensive philosophy will be accepted by the club and its fans. My guess is it will be if it pays immediate dividends (i.e. atleast the 2010/11 La Liga title).

Chelsea rumored to be interested in Benayoun, which would be a great replacement for Joe Cole should he depart on a free. They will have additions though they won't be "transfers" in the return of Essien and getting Miro Stoch back from his great season at Twente, so they really should just be looking for depth at this point, and I would try to give walking papers to Deco, Kalou, and Ballack and give more time to some of the younger guys like Matic and Di Santo and Jack Cork, and possibly think about a loan spell for Sam Hutchinson and Sturridge.
United need to get Dzeko or Suarez in my opinion. I mean, Giggs can't play forever, so I think getting a player like Di Maria would be great for their side, and although he played better toward the end of the campaign, I'm not sold on Valencia.
