Crazy sad thing is they knew they were coming before us being they use Nike factories after hours to make the same products just with out Nike QC process and for they’re rep buyers

Yeah, stylelikekay is his IG. Dude gets boxes of EVERYTHING before they drop. It at least looks like he’s got some type of connect. He’s based in Memphis, so there’s that.

Man. Had these been a high…I’d definitely go for them. But they’re lows, so I’m good. I personally don’t go for pairs I have ZERO intention of wearing, so it’s an easy pass for me.

Honestly it’s not even worth explaining sometimes. There’s more public info about fakes than there is about legit early shoes so folks are going to assume they’re fake regardless. Ironically nobody who’s skeptical of early shoes ever goes back after the release with the loads of information that comes out in legit check videos and guides to confirm or deny whether or not the early shoes were real in the first place.

Reverse Mochas have been state side for awhile now. I’ve seen prices from $1600-$2800

This is false. The reference specs and production plans. Some even get authentic pairs and reverse engineer them. But they’ve got their own factories to pump them out.

When factories dont have contracts. They make reps. All the tooling and equipment is there. They just source their own material

My mocha lows starting to show glitter ONLY on the medial side black panels. NOT the lateral side or toe box tho. Not sure if it comes across in pics, but anyone else seeing this on their pair?

checks off all my boxes. If you could take pics in a well lit area so the colors show through as naturally possible and less shadows I’d probably be able to have a better idea but these look good to me. Chinese tag isn’t unusual if it’s an asian market pair.

The biggest issue is that the people driving the discourse generally have no idea what they’re talking about or just leaned way too far into the fact that fakes actually end up being pretty decent shoes even by Nike standards. but here we are in 2022 and folks are still buying rep Travis Scott highs and drenching them in mink oil to darken the nubuck, brushing them for hours with a suede brushing them for hours, and using salon care to bleach the soles to try get those yellow a** soles a little less yellow But they somehow come from the same factories

The hard truth for everyone is that fakes have gotten good enough that most people wouldn’t be able to tell the difference on foot. They’ve functionally replaced a lot of high dollar resell shoes that folks don’t want to drop the money on. But it’s not gonna take a microscope for for someone who knows their **** about shoes to be able to tell.
