People here have issues Umar because he’s intentionally dishonest on a number of topics. And he mixes his dishonesty into his so called pro black message. Is intentionally misleading the black masses being unapologetically black? A popular message of Umars is that the gay agenda doesn’t help the black community so he doesn’t support it. Does his misinformation agenda benefit the black community?

NONE, but we should never expect any Presidential candidates to have anything for black people. When Obama left office he had to quietly release a bunch of non violent drug offenders from prison and thats all he was able to do that was primarily for black folks.

NONE, but we should never expect any Presidential candidates to have anything for black people. When Obama left office he had to quietly release a bunch of non violent drug offenders from prison and thats all he was able to do that was primarily for black folks.

Obama rebuilt civil rights enforcement in the federal government especially in the DOJ, that Bush destroyed.

The ACA's Medicaid expansion was in position to give millions of poor black people health insurance before SCOTUS blocked it.

The GOP blocked his infrastructure bill that intended to fix infrastructure in poor black communities. They did the same with his criminal justice stuff.

He was releasing non violent offenders before the lame duck session also.

Maybe dudes should learn more about policy and politics before making hot takes from the sidelines. There is tons of positive things that can be done if the right people get the right places and have enough votes. Throwing your hands up and not engaging just makes it easier for the racist like Trump and Ryan.

Marcus Garvey was a revolutionary visionary and a huge part of black consciousness. I don’t equate umar anywhere close to that level. You say umars gay comments have nothing to do with Panaficansim but ignore the fact that Umar can’t even talk about protecting the black family without trashing gay people in the process. Gay people who are also black. What part of Panafricanism is that?

I keep saying this. Black civil engagement is crucial. It’s funny because the whole woke crowd always talks about how other cultures have their own and other cultures have this and that, and their out here telling black people not vote while other cultures are putting their support behind policitcal candidates that enable them to have their own schools, to have their own community centers, their own businesses.

People don’t even realize how policy’s Obama pushed as small as restricting how much banks could hit you with over draft fees helped poor black folks specifically.

Umar says a lot of stuff I agree with. Especially about some of the glaring issues in our community. But out of all the things I’ve listened to from interviews to his own monologues, he’s never said anything that was true that I haven’t heard from somewhere else or couldn’t come to myself. I’m still trying to figure out exactly what information Umar has exclusive distribution rights too that I have accept or ignore all of the lies and disinformation and toxic behavior in order to get access to it.

I guess it’s more appealing since he uses hand movements when he speaks ( shoulder shrug)

It's crazy how people can trust a preacher with their hard earned money with little to nothing to show for it.
Just gathering up money from people , using their faith and desperation for a better life as a tool to squeeze some money out of them only to not produce anything promised.
And all they have to offer is more empty promises with no desire to at least reveal what where the money went.

The worst part is you have people who buy completely into the story. "It's all for the greater good" and stuff just some real concerning levels of ride or die

My church has quarterly budget meetings, we know exactly where our money is going, ,most well-run churches do if you inquire about it.
