Oh I'm sorry, Did I Break Your Conversation........Well Allow Me A Movie Thread by S&T

I think I mentioned I turned it off after young girl came walking back preggers. I described the premise of the movie and my GF went and watched the whole thing and told me the rest of the movie…….

Bruhhhhh

I’m glad I didn’t finish. I have NO interest in watching that play out.
I actually found the last part of the movie the most interesting and thats why I didnt like the ending

Like if you gonna introduce this pharmaceutical company that found some time accelerating beach shore dive in to that. Nothing lame like the kid that met the cop at the beginning meets back with him @ 50 and just turns everybody in. Wild unrealistic.

The gov. (America or Russia or England or China) would've been pounced on that shut everything down.

Ross Duffer, one of the two Duffer Brothers who created Stranger Things:

"Believe it or not, we're still working on season four," he said. "We're trying to finish the final two episodes, they're so massive."

We’re 23 days away from those final two episodes of Season 4 :lol

I got that 85% or higher RT critics score feeling on Bullet Train… they even got Sandra to commit to that haircut. Paper Boi, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, and Pitt Nastti

I’ll pick Mission Impossible back up right now.

Back to OLD.
😂at the reviews in here.
A few things about that film that really bugged me, that I will keep to myself.
I found it flagrant that dudes name was Mid Size Sedan. I want to say “I get it” but I can’t.

The Lord of Bones that was flailing about in the cave

Did feel bad because she had a bone deficiency so that aging process went crazy, but I was also rollin :rollin

Na bone girl spooked me. Of course the brotha would get killed instead of having a cool death. Man the baby :{

I guess keeping the OLD discussion going. And I can’t believe I’m having intellectual thoughts about this movie :lol , but the premise in some way reminds me how messed up dog ownership is.

You just kinda keep this being trapped in your home and it sits there slowly developing debilitating issues until it dies. In a way, we’re the resort and the animals are stuck in the island that is our home.

I don’t want my dog to die bros 😩😩😩

Two movies too long. Dinosaurs running through residential areas? If we’re there this was probably a terrible idea to bring them back from extinction, you have lost.

I won’t be seeing this one, it’s a money grab and almost 2.5 hours. I’m out on the franchise, but it’ll make a **** ton of money.

I didn’t like the new NOPE trailer, was looking forward to the solely horror aspect of it and this latest trailer made it appear like it’s a horror-comedy. Disappointing, for me and what I thought it was.

Black Adam looked average too, like a typical superhero movie we’ve seen before where he’s supposed to be invincible and scares everyone initially but has ultimate empathy in the end.

It looks like a big sci-fi film with some comedy and leaning into horror at some parts. Definitely looks lighter than Peele's other films. I have faith he'll land it.

great movie. I believe Pat Swayze was on it as well. although I find "GLORY" amazing inspite of having Mat Broderick as the lead.

ok prepare some Tom Cruise slander.

just went to watch the movie "Top Gun: Maverick" today as some people highly recommended it. spent a bit more money on a theater with Dolby Atmos AVX and reserved D-BOX seats for full immersion. so far, true to the original. it started of pretty much identifiable like the OG film from start to finish, including the intro and ending credits. for someone that loves the OG, it bring back that good old nostalgic feeling and some references that I can only identify among the viewers. love a lot of call backs. I would say that it's TOP GUN 1 remastered edition or a much improved version of the first film. much better plot without trampling on the legacy of the OG Top Gun. my verdict? I LOVE IT. not only because it's TOM CRUISE but also because they stayed true to the source material and improved on it. the action fight scenes/stunts were great and made the movie a lot enjoyable to watch especially when watching it in a theatre with great sound system and effect seats that gives you the experience of being in the action itself. it is now among my favorite Tom Cruise movies. fantastic job. anyway, it's a Jerry Bruckheimer production, so he rarely makes dud movies. the movie gave me that Days of Thunder kind of vibe.

finally, I always loved me some TomCats !
