Lookin like a poor man’s Anton Chigurhjust finished season 2 of Atlanta. First time ever and I’m blazing through these episodes. I’m so mad at myself for not watching this show in real time as it aired. I think it’s too early to call it, but so far these 2 seasons puts the show in my top 10 tv shows all time. It’s been THAT good. Love seeing things that were made popular from the show.
Also, I now know where this creepy/hilarious photo comes from. Seen it online so much before this

Atlanta was a ******* gem. Unbelievably good and the way they wrapped up the show was phenomenal. It deserved so much more love.

I enjoyed Atlanta for 2+ seasons but the show started to lose me in 3 when they did whole episodes with none of the main cast and seemed to be trying to put an activist/preachy tone on them.

The gladiator 2 story was dumb. Would've been way better to have a new story instead of struggling to connect the original to the sequel. Also pedro pescal looked outta place. Not sure how a Roman general looks like but it's not him. The cgi animals could've been better.

From a technical standpoint this movie is better than the last, and there are moments that are spectacular, but it’s not better than the first.

Whoever on Twitter said Paul Mescal is a good may-be great actor, but not a leading man [of other movies] is right I think. His speeches in those movie, I counted three, were phenomenal. He also had as many unintentionally funny moments, I can describe them if asked but if you noticed them, you and I are the same.
Gonna start using this Denzel line to sucker people into bets: Okay I won, “Let’s Double it and if I lose, call it quits”… would work on any sucker

Me too. Film could appropriately be included in a “movies that make you hungry” list
Also, the scene where Paulie gives Henry 3200 bucks. The sausages he’s preparing in the frying pan look good as well

Yo...wicked was amazing. One of the best movies I've seen. It was phenomenal.
Colorful. Vibrant. It was spot on the the musical. Cynthia was hitting those notes.
I loved it.
I definitely think you'll like/appreciate it more if you've seen the musical, but you'll still like it if you haven't, but you won't have the context of certain things and some of the timing and humor of the stage.
But it was wonderful.

Gladiator 2 was… predictably meh IMO
Still though I had a great time at the movies and denzel was basically carrying the film. He was a joy to watch.

MI3 is my favorite of the MI series, my people—Fallout sucks. Bring me Cavill reloading his knucks and people stopping helicopters with their arm strength all day, another time... when human strength is actually on that world.
PSH in this scene, going from groggy to I’m going to absolutely find out who you are and take apart everything you love… is what I appreciate… it’s the acting

Alien Romulus about to do NUMBERS on streaming. I feel like every single person I’ve talked to today has said they watched it last night. Including me
Halfway through, I only kinda like it so far. A little annoyed with there being like 50 face huggers running around. Felt like I was watching Arachniphobia. I’m sure it’ll get to Xenomorphs soon so probably not a real complaint.
Also, this dude reminds me of Tyler the Creator for some reason. Its kinda taking me out of the movie
