Some of this action reminds me more of what the Die Hard sequels tried to do

With Bacon and JGL in this I don’t think the movie will be bad at all. Just don’t think it’ll reach the comedy levels of the first two.

It will make a profit.
Despite being terrible with painfully predictable jokes hinged on nostalgia.

Furiosa was cold AF.

Action was litty and true to Fury Road.

Really liked Furiosa.

First impression is that it is not as good as Fury Road BUT the film makes it clear it's trying to do its own thing. Hemsworth is a legit scene stealer in this, the writing at the very end that he puts out was legit oscar-nominated worthy.

The character names still crack me up leaving the theater.

Anya is a great action hero. Can't wait to see this again.

there are factions, houses. politics and religion. alliances. belief on a chosen one. if you can pinpoint which area you got lost, it would be a lot easier to explain.

is it about Paul? the Bene Gesserit? the Harkonnen? how they are related? the Fremen? Emperor?
