It's gotten better but I say with Itunes playlist on shuffle.

I feel you, but there's a rack of music that I just don't have in my iTunes.
Pandora gives you a great selection of tracks you actually like. Not to mention I have about 50 or so stations, so it offers a great variety.
I just wish it was native and didn't require a connection. One can only hope.
