Is it cheaper to print the shipping label through Paypal or cheaper just to take it to the store?

Cheaper through PayPal since you can lie about the weight and they don't charge you for delivery confirmation.

From my experience it's cheaper through paypal, my post office doesn't seem to care about having the right postage on things so I can print out the cheapest
label and still be able to send it.

Via USPS, it's always cheaper to print-and-ship online. Plus, delivery confirmation's free.
