do these necklaces/bracelets really work?
has anyone tried them or have any?

i have a couple mariners phiten necklaces, and honestly... haven't noticed a difference when playing any sports. research online, might be a good ol'fashioned placebo effect. regardless, i like 'em so i usually wear one daily.

edit: oh yeah and they're super light, can't hurt to wear one.

I've been wearing mine since my sophomore year in HS and it has no effect. I just wore mine due to baseball.

Complete waste of money.

Placebo effect indeed. Save a few ounces and $20 and don't get one.
