Historically, massacres or serial killings seem to take place in small towns or suburbs.


And 9/10 it's always someone close to the victims with a grudge.

  I have never heard this.  People staying away from small towns to live in cities bc of murders.  

I'm saying.

Serial killings are like 1% of the murder pool.

People move to small towns to get away from violence

Crazy.. I've actually thought about this story a couple of times over the years wondering what happened with it or if anyone ever got caught.. I just checked a few months ago actually I for sure thought it was some cartel type killing..
