But how come we don't apply this same logic to playing shooting video games or watching slasher films? What good does playing grand theft auto do? I can watch porn from sun up to sundown and still go to work and treat women with respect. I know the difference between fantasy and reality

As god as my witness it has never turned out bad for me.
Generally because I can feel a chick out pretty well. By the time she's in bed with me, I pretty much know what she would and wouldn't go for. And if you got some sauce, chicks would be down for it. It's really not that hard.

To be honest, the biggest change I saw was in productivity.
I noticed that the urge to watch porn sprung out of boredom and instant gratification.
Once I stopped, i started taking up old and new hobbies. Really got back into creating art in a myriad of different mediums. So much so that i quit the job i hate and now do freelance work and personal projects. Now that the monotony of everyday 9-5 waking up at 6am hating mondays has ended ive never been happier.
My meditation practice became more clear and fluid. My energy levels increased. Feels like i hold on to testosterone more. My workouts in the gym definitely improved as far as endurance goes.
Some cons tho. This is mainly because i dont masterbate at all either, but I suggest that unless you have a girl who you smash everyday or every other day,find a way to jerk off with no hands or without porn cause you lose that sexual endurance. And you also start having wet dreams. The sexual endurance sucks for obvious reasons but honestly the wet dreams are kind of cool cause while im in the dream it really feels like your smashing. And ive smashed some bad celebs in a couple of those dreams lol.
