Cosmetically like factory new but mechanically so far 12 things are not in order. And those people AKA the stealership have since ghosted me. The salesperson who gave me his personal cell # to close a deal is no longer answering my calls nor is he responding to my texts .

I called them yesterday got put on a 5 minute hold after giving em my name & the receptionist said the GM is not in right now they'll call back later...that's was over 24 hours ago and that later is yet to come.

I called back about 20 minutes ago & same thing...manager isn't in leave your name & # & someone will give you a call back when available. I love the Olds but the 12 things that are wrong with it were not stated in their sales listing for it.

My fault too for buying sight unseen but I just want to respectfully speak to them on it. It's deceptive & false advertisement. Scum sales tactic. They'll be up people's *** to make a deal & once they get the $ car delivered they won't even recognize the customer.

Happy about the Lincoln. On the Olds are the 12 issues easy and inexpensive to fix? You might want to use a google telephone number generator to get them on the phone. They probably are screening your calls. I also wonder if expressing interest in another car will get them on the phone. I didn’t like their attitude towards you and hardball tactics during the negotiations but I believe that you will be blessed anyway.

Clean and lube those sunroofs

100%! So many customers came in and had no clue that the drain tubes in moonroofs could get clogged and that's what causes leaks. People learned real quick to NOT park under trees where crud from falling pine needles and other gunk can get in there and cause havoc.

Same very happy about the Lincoln. The 12 issues on the Olds are as follows:

Driver's side power seat adjustment doesn't work. I can't move the seat forward or back to adjust it nor the lumbar

Fuel gauge doesn't work. Needle is stuck at half

Gauge cluster light doesn't work. When the headlights are turned on the gauge cluster doesn't light up

Trunk release button is broken inside the glove box. The spring is dangling in it's place.

A/C is not working

Foot brake doesn't hold. It engages but the car still rolls back

Right side reverse light does not work

Small oil leak

Charge battery sign is on

Antenna doesn't go down

Windshield washer fluid doesn't squirt out

Cruise control doesn't work

I finally got through to them on Friday and they put me on hold but I politely & firmly told them I have to speak to someone in charge as it's been 3 days I'm trying to contact you people. Yes, they were 100% screening my calls.

So I got hold of these POS on Friday. I started off politely & calm cool & collected manner. But that only lasted so long. I told them straight up your saleswoman Ms. Giovanna told me this is a turn-key condition car & your salesman Mr. Abdullah ghosted me once my wire transfer cleared and I took delivery of the vehicles.

He hits me with oh Giovanna is no longer here she's on summer vacation & it's not high on Abdullah's priority list to respond to a customer regarding a 41 year old car I was like word? He says the stealership sells hundreds of cars a day( f'ing ) and we get so so busy we lose track of things.

He kept making excuses as to why they cannot be held responsible for the issues on the Olds & I told him I have all the texts detailing Giovanna & Abdullah saying the car is in excellent mechanical condition. And he goes oh this is the problem with out-of-state purchases when things go wrong we have a big distance between us and if you were local we'd gladly take a look at the car but you're in NYC.

I'm like yeah so what're we going to do about this you sold me a $10,000 car for $14,000 & he hits me with "why don't you just sell it get rid of it?" I responded sir, I didn't purchase the car to sell it or get rid of it, and he goes well, what do you want? Couple of hundred bucks. I said to him I want a thousand dollars back! You guys duped me. And he goes the owner is not going to refund that amount but I'll see what I can do. He was supposed to call me back later that evening but you already know that didn't happen so I called yesterday and he said we can refund you $500 so I was like aight and we did the docusign formalities on it. F'ing scumbags !

Need to clay bar my windshield

Definitely do it. You'd be surprised how much dirt & grime sits their. When I detailed & buffed my Lincoln last week I clayed the windhsield & all of the other glass and from the windshield alone the clay bar went from gray to black in color. Soo much dirt came off of it and the windows & rear windshield.
