I made this one a little while back. Resolution is 1366x768.

If you have Photoshop, you can easily make one yourself. Took me like 10 minutes (including finding the pics to use). It only took that long because the priest painting never had a proper cover with the gold border. Using a release cover would be like 3 minutes.
