dont waste your time trade marking anything except your brand name and logo. Chances are theres NO WAY you're gonna be able to protect what you think are your ideas the way you think you can because, no disrespect, but from the way you speaking you clearly don't know much about how all that goes. From the position your at your trademark wont protect the broad concept you are speaking about, but rather an exact logo and name set
