I just was never impressed with dudes flow. I cant be the only one that hears Nas bout to suffocate in a lot of his rhymes especially more uptempo songs.

When people say Nas has one of the best flows Im always like

So thats why its one of my unpopular opinions

And What Do You Have Against Producers Who Sample ?
Nothing. I sample a lot when I make beats. I respect the artform. but I hate when people act like these guys (premo especially) are Beethoven or something. As much as hip hop fans hate "ghost producers" these sample heavy producers already have another composer/artist/writer helping them. so how can they be a better producer than say someone who creates from scratch. I like producers who can do both

chopping piece of a song and creating a ENTIRELY new track is basically making it from scratch...dont act like sampling is a simple as looping a break beat..

RZA for example has sampled a piece of almost nothing of a song and created masterpieces...i find that WAY more valuable then someone making a 1/2 asssed beat

you automatically gigiving preference to it just cuz its from scratch.

I feel likeThe Black Album is Jay's best album, and Graduation is Kanye's best album.

Blueprint 3 is underrated.

Jay-Z's U Don't Know Remix > the original, although I'd rather he not had MOP on it.

J Cole is a good rapper, yet has zero replay value.

A lot of people say that MBDTF has no replay value (which is true IMO), yet I feel like if someone other than Kanye made that album then it would be praised more. The fact that the album is not up to Kanye's usual standards is what holds it back. On the other hand, that album had some AMAZING beats.

J-Rock/J-Pop is VERY underrated, and folks don't truly give it a chance because of the language barrier. There's more to it than just the lyrics.

-Prodigy was untouchable pre 2001. Top 3 East Coast rapper. Hell on Earth he really stunted.
-Jadakiss never lived up to the expectations.
-"Victory", "Who Shot Ya" and "Kick In The Door" are untouchable records. Especially "Victory"
-Late Registration is Kanye's best album.
-Bangladesh is > your favorite second tier producer
-I dont see the Odd Future hype at all, but that Earl kid can rhyme his +$% off for his age. The Wu Tang comparisons are highly unwarranted. There'll never be another Wu Tang and i think it's disrespectful
-Ghostface wouldve have more commercial success getting off Def Jam after Fishscale and Meth after 4:21. They need to follow Raekwons format and distribute the records themselves. It's a damn shame they got Ghost looking old and dressing bummy now.
