I'd give a slight edge to Tiger over Federer since 2000-2002 still count as part of this decade. I give Federer the nod afterwords but those 3 years he wasstill coming into his own while Tiger was winning half the majors.

Nobody is asking who is the most dominant athlete in his sport of the decade. It is simply Athlete of the decade.

Factor in Tiger's popularity, ability to get people to watch a sport that most don't give a damn about, and success, I don't see any other athletematching him.
