I was born in the mid 90's and was only approaching 10 or 10 when all this was happening in 02-05 so I really don't even know what he did outside of peeing on the girl and marrying Aaliyah. And being that I'm that young, his music doesn't really have much to do with it lol although that Boondocks logic is true in a lot of cases.

I'm just being objective in this current scenario of the girls we currently know about being 18+. I really wouldn't feel bad for him if he got an OJ style sentence for what he's done over time but I'm not that passionate about it either way. The girl he went to court for probably has still been letting him piss on her for the past 15 years. And yes I'd feel differently if it were my mother or sister lol.

To answer your question, no I don't think he stopped, I just think he moved his shenanigans to states where the age of consent is 16 (like Georgia and Chicago apparently) and waited that extra 12 months to get his pee pee on.

And I think a much more interesting discussion is why the consent age is that low to begin with and how many other powerful, rich men are doing this but weren't dumb enough to make a sex tape or marry their victims. Or the similar conditions under which girls with few options are preyed on and turned into prostitutes and pornstars. That's much worse than a few lazy chicks choosing to get pissed on in exchange for purses. If we're grabbing the pitchfork for Kellz let's grab them for the entire culture of this type of stuff. That's what I mean by "this is fueled by your disdain for R. Kelly". If R. Kelly went to prison today that's where it would end for a lot of people. Selective outrage is just funny to me.

Though they refused to comment about the other three stops, one source told Page Six the Louisiana and Dallas shows were called off because people weren’t rushing to the box office.

“The promoter sent an email to R. Kelly’s team and told them they were set to lose $400,000 if sales didn’t pick up fast. They canceled,” a source said.

You are entitled to support whichever artist you want to support.

We all support someone/something that has done some heinous acts.

If someone wants to support R. Kelly, that is up to them. Who are we to judge?
 
Almost had an R Kelly moment, indirectly. Found out a girl that I thought looked nice was 17. Even though she has the body of someone three to four years older than her. What are they putting in these children's food today to have them looking older than they are?
