Real Negative Fans

Football is definitely the worst for this I think mainly due to the nature of the sport. It's the sports that "tough" guys gravitate towards the most and sometimes these dudes feel the need to showcase their masculinity by getting in peoples faces plus the alcohol factor of course. One game a year is good enough for me. Ill support my Niners by watching them on television.

Another reason I avoid games if I don't have great seats... from my experience, the good seats/pathetic fans is an inverse relationship.

I am on the road quite a bit due to work and one of the benefits is I get to attend quite a few Red Wings road games. I can see why our fan base has the reputation it does. I was in Anaheim a few seasons ago and I witnessed a group of Wings fans verbally abusing a grandfather in front of his grand children. The sad thing is he didn't even instigate it nor did he take the bait. I see this a little too often at games too and it is disappointing because these idiots create the stereotype and enforce it consistently.

Yea - I been to a quite a few basketball games, but the other variable in that is they've all been in Phx. Phx fans don't get rowdy like that. I've seen the Suns get booed out of their own court by LA fans.

I do plan to go to a few Warriors games next season - I don't see Xstarters will be an issue since I'll be home team.

truth.  im not a dodger fan so i refuse to sit in any cheap seats so that i can avoid the riff raff.

Man I get drunk every home game

We get down there and set up our tailgate at like 7-8 and make breakfast and start drinking, that is what going to the games is all about to me
