MTV showed that I'm getting breast implants episode censored more often than uncensored though, at least where I live. I know the first time I caught ituncensored, that light skinned black lady who was getting a reduction had some aereolas.

I just hate the double standard that it seems like they don't have a problem showing man butts or baby butts.
