I just bought a pair of DS Fire Red 3's for 142. I know how bad the midsole cracks. I have a pair of 3's that cracked. not as bad as some pictures of seen but i have seen them crack. I figured black midsoles crack less than red midsoles for some reason but is there a way to reinforce the midsole? I know u can repaint if it does crack but is there any preventative measure i can take?
I know this should prolly b in the care and maintenance section but its barely ever checked so hopefully i can get some help.

Thanks in advance

Try putting a clear coat over the paint that should help, that's all I have.

Been gone for awhile but it looks like things haven't changed. Back in my day you didn't have to reinforce your jordans.

You know clear coat, like when painting a car after laying the coat of paint you spray the clear coat to give it that shine and to also to protect and make the surface strong. That answer ur question

It won't be as shiny it all depends on how many coats of clear u put on, the more u put the more shiny it gets. And one of my dudes tried it on his 3's two years ago and it came out looking good, don't have pics tho
