Money talks. Don't be surprised if retros eventually pop up, regardless of what has been said in the past. Nike is a BUSINESS, not a company for Dunk collectors.

this concept is taking place now, just in different variations. you get dunks in different cuts (lows mids his) in "og" colorways i.e. iron dunk low, sea crystal and j pack mids, true red hi's.. maybe a few more years down the road they may do originals in their true form, but i hope not.

Seriously, sell em for $500 so they don't feel itoo bad about copping retros, it'll be as if they bought em the first time around haha

I wouldn't hesitate for a second on copping "retro's".. Just saying..

I was around when the first series came out, but being a broke high school kid, I was never able to cop.. At this age, with a job and all, I still can't justify dropping $300+ on shoes..

Except for the select few (wheat highs as one of them), but still, for $300, they wouldn't even be DS..

In regards to Sea Crystals, I was at HUFSF when they had them for $100, but copped the Tweed Lows for $90 instead (wouldn't say I made a mistake, but I'd definitely love to have been able to cop the Sea Crystals as well).

If they did they'd change something about every one to distinguish OGs anyway. I'd be down for some Cali retros, plus that would make OGs more valuable.

i've only been around since the silver boxes were out...but if they made some retros that'd be cool.

especially if they used the newer soles, it'd be easier to distinguish the originals vs. the retros
